  The Essential Woman: This oil is so DELICIOUS and has a bounty of those beautiful Lignans. If you make a sauce from it – don’t worry the “man” in the house can eat it too!

Use a long butter knife to loosen the Lignans from the bottom and then shake well. Never In – Always On Top! That is my motto for salt. Celtic sea salt is dried in clay beds in the bounty of the sun. It is full of minerals and the taste is the topping that makes any dish extra delicious! I don’t like to cook with salt (the exception is some soups). Instead I like to ad it on top of everything I love with salt in the “a la Salt” fashion. This salt is worth everything it takes to get it to your door and into your life.
