sitting here in my red chair, just got off air eating an organic sweet potato that is so sweet with the best
coconut oil Barleans and a touch of flower from the sea salt.
heaven cannot express this experience.

I have had a hard time getting Barleans  since I last saw you I have tried several brands-no comparison.
I found a little health food store down the cape that sells it so I buy them out.
